Guests of the Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel can participate in a complimentary Heritage Ship Tour (onboard exploration) guided by hotel staff.
The tour is held twice daily (approximately 30 minutes each) at 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Near the first-floor lobby is the former engine room, a precious "museum" limitedly open to the public, where the original equipment remains intact.
You're sure to be impressed by the advanced technology of that era, which kept the ship's heart beating for more than a century.
The propeller shaft tunnel extends for an impressive 60 meters.
After touring the museum, move to the upper deck for more exploration. Lifeboats remain as they were, and the wall bears the names and nationalities of the crew.
On the top floor, there are meeting and function rooms available for use.
The view from the top floor of Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel is a sight to behold. The tip of the deck, made famous by the movie Titanic, is a popular spot for Instagrammable photos.
You can see the magnificent views of Singapore and the Malaysian Peninsula across the water.
The first-floor lobby is also full of fascinating sights. Why not take a moment to savor the feeling of stepping back in time before or after the tour?
