Guinness-Certified - World's Oldest Passenger Ship Transformed into a Hotel！

Located on Bintan Island, the 'Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel' is a unique facility that has garnered much attention. It is a former world's oldest passenger ship, the 'Doulos', which has been transformed into a hotel and has been certified by the Guinness World Records.

The history of the 'Doulos' ship began in 1914, just two years after the completion of the Titanic, which became the setting for the Academy Award-winning film 'Titanic'. It was born as a cargo ship and later underwent several expansions to become a passenger ship and retired.

In order to pass on its great achievements to future generations, the ship was moved to land on Bintan Island after its retirement and soft-opened as a passenger ship hotel. Some of the equipment from the time of its maiden voyage remains in the hotel, making it an accommodation with high historical value.

Inside the hotel, former ship cabins have been transformed into luxurious suites and guest rooms.
